Ingredients: rice, freeze dried sweet corn, onion, green & red bell peppers, carrot, onion, celery, spinach, parsley, and really good herbs & spices.
From your pantry:
32 Oz chicken stock
1 ½ Cups Water
1 ½ Cups Half & Half or milk
Optional: You may add 1 Cup lump crab meat, shredded chicken, or shrimp for a more hearty soup.
Bountiful Bowls are as easy as 1, 2, 3 to prepare:
Bring chicken stock, water and soup mix to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Stir often to prevent sticking. Simmer for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add half and half, stir to combine and heat for 5 minutes uncovered (Do not bring to a boil). Allow soup to rest off heat for 5 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy!
