Can I place an order by check?
Product may be ordered by check on US Funds only. Send check payable to the Davis & Davis Gourmet Foods, P. O. Box 83, Glenshaw, PA 15116. Please include name, address, city, state, zip, phone, email address and selected product(s). Please make certain to include the appropriate shipping and tax charges from the checkout process.
Will my private information stay private?
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchased from Davis & Davis Gourmet Foods, we will refund your money (excluding shipping) within 14 days. Please see Our Guarantee for details.
How is my order being shipped?
Orders shipped within the US are, sent US Mail, UPS, or Fed EX Ground depending on location and type of product purchased.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (with only a few exceptions for out-of-stock situations). Please allow at least 7-14 business days for delivery after shipment within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada orders may take longer. During our busy season from November to December, please allow an extra week for your order to be processed and shipped.

What if my order is incomplete or incorrect?

What if my product is damaged or defective?
Damaged or defective product will be replaced within 10 days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Relations Department within 5 days of reciept of the order to report product concerns or damage.
